About David Ilson, LCSW

David Ilson, LCSW is a licensed social worker with over 20 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy and counseling.   He graduated with a masters degree in social work in 1983 and subsequently attended a 4-year post graduate program in intensive psychotherapy.  In his career as therapist, he has worked with and helped thousands of individuals, couples, and families to live more productive and fulfilling lives.    David has appeared on cable television to discuss the stigma associated with therapy and mental illness.   He has also published various articles on separation anxiety, conduct disorders, and coping with depression.
